PLEASE NOTE-We use a variety of shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). If your address is not deliverable by a particular carrier, please call our customer service department to place your order (877-807-7740). Shipping charges for orders returned as undeliverable will be charged to the customer.


Shipping Methods and Costs

We currently offer three shipping methods:

Standard Ground
Delivery occurs in 4 to 14 business days after processing.

Expedited ( Priority Mail )
Delivery occurs 2 to 3 business days after processing.

Overnight ( Fed Ex )
Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing.

Orders typically ship within 3 Business Days from the time they begin processing, pending availability and credit card verification.


  • Orders placed Monday-Friday before NOON PST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after NOON PST will begin processing the next business day.
  • Orders placed after NOON PST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

Two-day and overnight orders are given top priority. Orders with these shipping methods will ship the same day (pending product availability and credit card approval) if ordered before NOON PST. After Noon PST they will ship the next business day.

Gramicci will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid but shipping charges are non-refundable.
