Adsum and Gramicci come together for their first capsule collection. Gramicci started as a group of eccentric rock climbers in Ventura, California who began making functional outdoors gear for their rock climbing trips. Their irreverence and rebellious-ness was what drew us to the brand in the first place, so we built on that, pushing ourselves with each color and style.

At the center of the collection is the photo print cargo pant - a black and white all over repeat print of old marketing photos from the 1990s. The pant riffs on details from the original G Pant created in 1982, with ample room through the seat, hip and thigh. They are punchy, but still really wearable, and if you squint and look out the corner of your eye they will kind of look like a camo print. The pants also come in a sage green. They’re not too baggy or too slim—they’re super-functional and super-wearable everyday pants.

Another highlight is the Shell Gear Short, an internally belted short, constructed from a water resistant active shell material composed of 100% recycled nylon filament yarns. The large, main hand pockets wrap from front panel to the back panel over the side seam and can carry large loads.

The Tulip Hat is a two-sided bucket hat that provides 360 degree sun protection for your coconut. The main body is constructed from two layers of 100% organic cotton twill. One side features our OG Gramicci photo collage, while the other is a solid Dusted Purple. Hidden inside the brim edge is millinery wire to allow brim shape to keep its form. Roll it up and stuff it anywhere it fits.

Rounding out the capsule is a collection of graphic tees, full zip hoodies, and workshirts. The graphic tees continue the story with a vintage photograph and the Adsum + Gramicci mountain logo. The Full Zip hoodie features a cropped and boxy fit referencing our FW22 Waffle Zip Hoodie, except this style features a two way zipper. The main body fleece weighs in at 400GSM and we embellished the front pouch pocket with a vintage style label. The workshirt is boxy and meant to be worn as an all-season overshirt. Dual chest pockets feature locking metal YKK zip closures that sit on the extended front chest panel. The rear yolk panel features a gradient direct embroidery with custom art commemorating the collaboration between us and Gramicci.

It’s a nice range of clothing which we think touches on all the things we love about Gramicci.
