     How do I get the correct pant measurements for my online order?

    Do you accept international orders or ship internationally?

    No, we are no longer shipping, providing exchanges, or returns for international orders. We are sorry for the inconvenience. 

    Do I have to pay for customs taxes or duties if I've ordered internationally?

    We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies to all International and Canadian orders.

    I noticed you have a new website with new products. Will you have any of the original Gramicci products available soon?

    Our line of clothing has been redesigned this year as we have come up with new styles that have a more modern fit to them but please note this is only a portion of our collection represented online. We have launched our Fall/Winter collection that has a much bigger representation of our Men’s and Women's bottoms and even some outerwear. The classic Gramicci pants and shorts are still in the line as well as some great tees and bags.

    Hey, I want to return an item. How do I get a return shipping label?

    Call or email one of our Customer Advocates and they will be able to help you.

    How do you process refunds?

    Email or call us to authorize your return. If approved, you will then receive an email with your return shipping label attached. Once we receive your return, please allow 2 business days for your refund to be issued. To expedite your refund, please send us your name, order confirmation number, and photos of your product.     How do you process exchanges?

    Email or call us to authorize your exchange. If approved, you will then receive an email with your return shipping label attached. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-7 business days for your new item to be delivered. Please see our Return Policy

    How long does shipping take?

    Please allow 3 - 7 business days for your item to be delivered.

    After I shipped my return item, how long will it take to process the exchange or refund?

    Once we have received your returned item, please allow 2 days for processing your refund and allow 3-7 days for your exchange to be delivered.

    I just bought a Gramicci product and now they have malfunctioned (ripped, torn, etc). Can you mend or replace them?

    We do not offer mending or repair services, but we can replace your item if it is within the 60 day return time frame. Send us an email with your name, confirmation number, date purchased, and a photo of your item.

    I’ve lost and/or broken my belt buckle; do you offer replacements?

    We will be offering belt buckle replacements soon, but currently we are in the process of transitioning some of our inventory for belt buckle replacements to our warehouse. Please check back later for updates. 

    Will you be making any of your pants with longer inseams?

    We currently don't have any options for longer inseams for the Gramicci Pants or any of our pants or shorts. 

    Will you be selling any more products in 100% organic cotton?

    We will carry some products in 100% cotton, but not organic.
