International Orders

PLEASE NOTE:For all international customers, we are not accepting returns for all international sales made from Gramicci.com. All international sales are final, non-returnable, and are not eligible for a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Email or call us to authorize your return. If approved, you will then receive an email with your return shipping label attached. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the tags intact. Please include proof of purchase (see below) with your return so we can process your returned items and ensure that your refund is applied correctly. 

Proof of purchase:

- Order Number

- Packing Slip

Once we receive your returned item(s) that meet the criteria outlined above, we will issue a refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be credited to the method of payment used in the original order. Please see our Return Policy

Exchanges can be ordered immediately or at your convenience on Gramicci.com. We will provide a discount code in the email to cover the shipping cost for the replacement item(s).

Canceling or Changing An Order

It is very difficult to cancel or change an order once it is placed. We are unable to cancel or make changes to the order once the order has been processed for fulfillment or has been shipped. If there are any questions or issues with your order please contact customer service as soon as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items | Repair Services | Warranty

We do not offer mending or repair services, but we can replace your damaged or defective item if it was purchased on gramicci.com and if it is within the 60-day return time frame.  

Send us an email with your name, order number, date purchased, and a photo of your item.

If your item is damaged, please send an email with the following as proof of purchase. 

- Name on order

- Order number

- Packing slip

- Photo of damaged item

- Email address for the order

If the items were purchased from one of our retailers and is within the 60-day warranty period, we recommend contacting the store where you originally purchased the items. Make sure you have your order number or receipt available to be authorized for a refund or exchange.

Belt Buckle Replacements

We have both single piece and two-piece replacement buckles for items manufactured after 2018. Please send an email to customer support for assistance. 

The single-piece buckle and the small piece of the two-piece buckle may require the help of a local seamstress to attach it to the belt. Although the older two-piece buckles look nearly identical to the newer version, there are a few small differences that do not permit the new, larger piece to latch together with the older, small piece that is sewn onto the belt. The new belt is also made for a belt that is ¾" wide.

Please send us your shipping address if you would like us to ship one of our new style buckles to you to try free of charge. Just pay for shipping (typically less than $5 to a USA address) and as a note, these are non-refundable items. We can email an interactive invoice that will allow you to enter your payment information.
