What is your return/exchange policy?
Please note our Returns and exchanges policy has changed for 2017.
To qualify for a return, or exchange items must be authorized and received back to our Fulfillment Center unwashed, unworn in original condition within 60 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip).
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange:
- Items received without prior authorization
- Items marked as “FINAL SALE”
- Items bought from somewhere other than gramicci.com
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
- Returns received in damaged/worn condition
- Returns received after 60 days of the original order shipment date
- Shipping charges, except in cases where we have shipped the wrong item. Or you received a damaged item that cannot be exchanged
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or if you received an item that you did not order or the item was damaged, please email or call us for help and authorization.
Do I need Prior Authorization?
Yes! All returns for any reason must have prior authorization to return either by email or phone. Any items received without prior authorization will be return at your expense.
Will you pay my Return Shipping?
No. Gramicci does not pay for return shipping or provide a return label unless you received a damaged item, or an item you did not order. If that is the case then we will email you a return label for your products, but you must email or call us to receive your label. Any items sent back by your own method, damaged or not, will NOT receive shipping credit.
PLEASE NOTE. We can only email return labels, they cannot be mailed.
I would like a Refund.
No Problem. ALL REFUNDS must be authorized and received within 60 days from the date of purchase and must be unwashed, unworn, unused with polybag and hangtags in order to receive a full merchandise refund. Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
Your original method of payment will be refunded within 5 days of receipt. Please ship these items back trackable, we are not responsible for return packages until they are tracked in our door. Email or call us for more information.
I want to Exchange for a new size, color, or style.
Even Exchanges: Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries! If you need the same item in a different size or color in hurry? Call us to place your exchange. You will need to place a new order, but you won’t be charged shipping and we will send out your new item right away and credit you back once we receive the prior shipment.
Uneven Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange your merchandise for a different item you must call us. We can help you place a new order, but you won’t be charged shipping and we will send out your new item right away and credit you back once we receive the prior shipment.
Please note: If you do not call and place your exchange order prior to us receiving your return and you requested an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we will process a return instead. If this should happen, you’ll receive a return email to notify you about the return.
I did not buy my items directly from Gramicci.com.
We apologize, but at this time we can ONLY return items that have been purchased directly through Gramicci.com. Please return these products to the place of purchase. If you are unable to return the product to the original place of purchase, please call our corporate office at 1-800-814-5000 for assistance.
My item was a gift, but I don’t have the order name or information.
At this time, we can ONLY return items that have been purchased directly through Gramicci.com with a confirmed order in our system. If you are unable gather this information, please send us an email.

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies to all International and Canadian orders.
