For all International Customers, we are not accepting returns for all international sales made from Gramicci.com. All international sales are final, non-returnable, and are not eligible for a refund.
Please note our returns and exchanges policy has been updated for 2021.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or if you received an item that you did not order or the item was damaged, please email or call us anytime. All returns for any reason must have prior authorization from our customer service team otherwise it will not be processed.
Customer service is not available over the weekend so please allow 24-48hrs for us to respond.
Any items received without prior authorization or without a return shipping label emailed by our customer service team will be returned at your expense.
To qualify for a return, or exchange items must be authorized and received back to our Fulfillment Center unwashed, unworn in original condition within 60 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip).
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange:
- Items received without prior authorization from customer service
- Items marked as “FINAL SALE”
- Items bought from somewhere other than Gramicci.com
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
- Returns received in damaged/worn condition
- Returns received after 60 days of the original order shipment date

Do I need Prior Authorization?
Yes! All returns for any reason must have prior authorization from our customer service team to return. Any items received without prior authorization will be returned at your expense.
Will you pay my Return Shipping?
Yes! Gramicci does free shipping on returns and exchanges. We will provide a return label if you’ve received a damaged item, or an item you did not order. We will email you a return label for your products, but you must email us or call us to receive your label.
Any items sent back by your own method, damaged or not, will NOT receive shipping credit. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.
I would like a Refund.
No Problem. ALL REFUNDS must be authorized and received within 60 days from the date of purchase and must be unwashed, unworn, unused with polybag and hangtags in order to receive a full merchandise refund. Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
Email or call us to authorize your refund. If approved, you will then receive an email with your return shipping label attached. You will need to include the order number or a copy of the packing slip with your return to help ensure that your refund is applied correctly. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be issued back into your account.
Please ship your return items back using the return shipping label provided upon emailing customer service. We pay for the return label and the package must be trackable for us to process the return. We are not responsible for return packages until they are tracked in our door. Email us anytime or call us for more information. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.
PLEASE NOTE. We can only email return labels, they cannot be mailed.
I want to Exchange for a new size, color, or style.
Ordered the wrong size or color? Want to exchange for a different item? No problem! If you need the same item in a different size or color in a hurry, please call or email us to authorize the exchange.
For all even and uneven exchanges, you will need to contact customer service to place a new order for your new item. You will not be charged for shipping and we will send out your new item right away and refund your account once we receive the prior shipment.
Exchanges can be ordered immediately or at your convenience. You will receive a free shipping discount code to use at the checkout page for your convenience.
Please note: If you do not call or email to place your exchange order prior to us receiving your return and you requested an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we will process a return instead. If this should happen, you’ll receive a return email to notify you about the return.
I did not buy my items directly from Gramicci.com.
We apologize, but at this time we can ONLY return items that have been purchased directly through Gramicci.com. Please return these products to the place of purchase. If you are unable to return the product to the original place of purchase, please call our corporate office at 1-800-814-5000 for assistance.
I would like to return a gift.
At this time, we can ONLY return items that have been purchased directly through Gramicci.com with a confirmed order in our system.
If you received a gift from Gramicci.com that was ordered by someone else, we recommend that you have the name and email address of the individual who placed the order and the order number to verify any returns to be exchanged or refunded.
If you are placing the order as a gift to someone else, we recommend that you add a note in your cart stating that this is a gift. Please provide the first and last name of who the gift will be going to in case they would like to do an even exchange for a different size or item.
We can only refund gifts to the person who placed the original order with the original card used to purchase the order, but we can do an even exchange for the same item in a different color or size for the gift recipient.
PLEASE NOTE. If you would like to return any item in your order, the generated return shipping label will only return packages from the place it was originally delivered to.
